Editing the context menu of My Computer can be done under this registry key :
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\CLASSES\CLSID\{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D

If so you must create it from scratch there if you want to add extra context menu items that appear only under My Computer.

Indeed, under the key 'shell' you add additional keys to add those menu's.
Here is one to start you off
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}\shell\mystuff]
@="Important Stuff (.mydocs)"
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}\shell\mystuff\Command]
@="C:\\Windows\\explorer.exe C:\\import~1"
Were it says 'mystuff' you can edit to any key you wish. The order the items show in the nmenu depend on the alphabetical order of your named keys.
You can further customize it through using the layout for the 'find' command on the mycomputer right-click.
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}\shell\find]
@=""
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}\shell\find\command]
@="C:\\WINDOWS\\Explorer.exe"
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}\shell\find\ddeexec]
@="[FindFolder(\"%l\", %I)]"
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}\shell\find\ddeexec\application]
@="Folders"
[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}\shell\find\ddeexec\topic]
@="AppProperties"

Behold, a photo of your average Windows XP user with a special XP-KidPlay Console from Fisher-Price.
