Just ran into your post here, and signed up right away so I wouldn't forget. Very straightforward site, I signed up for an account although it isn't necessary. only took 2 minutes. Looks more promising than some of the other sites.

Requires Javascript to upload :(

Why can't they just make it simple and use HTTP POST :}

Probably because if they did a lot of warez groups would make their IRC bots putting the content on the rarhost.
