hi all i was readin my latest issue of redline (car magazine) when i saw a article about people who make virtual cars it says they get a picture of a car and put it into this program and add bodykits to it and new wheels the lot. could this program be paintshop pro or something like that

You would have to use some type of 3D rendering application such as 3D studio Max.
