Wrapped Text in Excel

I have a computer that when spreadsheets, weather they are old or new, are opened on it and they have wrap text they do not display the contents at all. No matter if I change the size of the cell or change text color or font. Has anyone else seen this?

or post a spreadsheet with the affected fields still in it, delete and info you dont' want publicly seen.

I am trying to add my screenshots but it is telling me there is not enough space.

Use a jpeg and cut out anything extra that may not be necessary using MS paint or whatever program you use.

did you use alt+enter to enter carriage returns?
have you tried expanding the row to see all the text?

Yes I have tried all that. I think I am going to just reinstall the software, and see if that helps, did not want to but that is what it is coming down to.
