Hi,

I've come to a weird problem.

In our organisation, we're planning on using mailboxes (delegated to an owner) for resources like meetingrooms. The delegation works perfectly. Every one can open the shared agenda and see if it's available or not.
The problem is that if we use meetingrequest and plan using the planner tab, the rooms are hashed and it says "Free busy information not available".

If I login as a meeting room and I use my other pc to plan then I can see the planning perfect.

We've tested it with more users and those not logged in (+ having opened outlook2003) are not available using that planning tab.

If we open the shared calender though we can see it.

Any idea how I can fix it ?

Check your settings in:
Tools > Options > Preferences > Calendar Options > Free/Busy options

The usual 2 months publishing which I will augment to 12.
And the 15 minute adjusting.

Publishing is disabled. Maybe I have to fill in something there ?
