MSI's goes silent without any switches Rate Topic: -----

Some msi installations goes automatically like havin /qn switch present
and donot showing their window while the install progresses and show up only when user input required.

i didnt put any switches for them (just duble click)

which include

Nero 7
VirtualPC 2004

(once they were showing the full install pages, not now)

my xp is nlited (xpsp2) with updates upto june 2006

u had to used in your cd an update that updates this file MSI.DLL.....
that update is not official and thats why it causes this ......

can u tell wich update i should not include ??
