Is it possible to prevent limewire from getting installed into a computer?

... other than that is it possible?

It's my brother PC and he always gets virus from limewire and still don't listen to me when i told him not to use limewire so i'm planning to disable limewire.

I suggest you teach him how to use a virus scanner instead.
