I am looking for a software that would allow me to see in live somebody else desktop.
The reason is that I want to watch the TV Tunner programs from my home country on that computer, since in this country the television just sucks.
There would be a latency problem since the distance is over 8000 KM so any program that would reduce this problem would be even better.
Any idea of any such program with or without pay? (preferable without)

remote desktop to watch tv is bad
due to the fact that u can or may get a blank screen and if the tv tuner card programs crash or pc reboots than u got a problem trying to restart the program ( windows remote desktop)
but really you wantting to do media streeming but than you only got one ch to watch if you do that .. or streem with remote desktop to change tv ch;'s on the server box
side note
there was a ep from hak5 (www.hak5.org) on how to setup a steam server using windows media server ( or there abouts) ... have a look at the shownotes to find the ep .. n download to see how they did it

I don't need any remote control, since I have my family to change the program, etc for me.
I just need a stream program

WMP can play streams.
I forget, but there are many sites with various free TV streams that can watch in WMP.

if I am using WMP on both computers, how can I stream from the TV tunner into the WMP, and then connect to the WMP computer that has the tunner through my WMP?
(sorry if this dosen't make sence, I will try to re-sentence if it's not understandable)

I am into it and check it out.
Ok I have managed to be able to broadcast audio, but at the New Session Wizzard - Broadcast live I only have audio, that being my soundcard, I do not have any video (probably because I would need a TV Tunner?)
I wanted to try broadcast a movie I had on my HDD, went to properties, selected the video as well, in configure selecting the Media Player Classic, yet there is no output.
There also apear a "start encoding" option, which I dont know what is that for when I actualy want to broadcast.
Any further help would be realy appriciated. I will start reading those long manuals as well
