Anyone got any good ideas on how to test packages downloaded from the 'net? There's one that doesn't work, and I cannot figure which one...

Uhm, I was hoping to be able to test without having to reinstall too many times...I have like 20 packages to install and only one of them fails.

Thanks for the replies, though

BTW: I'm using vmware already - reinstalling a PC every time would be madness...

install a test copy of ur OS in VMWare than copy over the VMware pc the addon to test
unzip it
than run the .exe file and see if its installs
or thats one way of testing without having to do the totaly install of OS again ...
BUT
whats workins in windows like that doest allways means its going to work installation part of windows install of addons
