I have already downloaded both files...

dotnetfx.exe
NDP20-KB917283-X86.exe

What I would like to know is how to integrate the hotfix into the dot net 2 package...

So I will have just one package and the hotfix will already be integrated into the installer.

I know RyanVM and a few others have already done this, but I would like to know HOW
its done..

Thanks for any info you can shed on this.....

That is a good post.......

BUT.....

Try that method and see what size the final file size is......

It is ALOT bigger than the one RyanVM did......

I got rid of the stuff about .NET 1.1 and just did 2.0......

Final file is around 42mb in size....

So what I really want to know is how did RogueSpear and RyanVM get their file to 16mb instead of 42 mb......

Thanks for any info anyone can shed on this.....
