There are IMHO SEVERAL problems with the contents of the file you supplied, including distribution/redistribution issues.

Please, remove (temporarily) the file from public distribution, as is it contains NON-REDISTRIBUTABLE software, before some of the Mods/Admins ban you for infringement of Rules .
Be VERY AWARE of Rule #1a:
