I was wondering if you could change the Windows 2000 setup backdrop because (Even though I don't have a copy of 2K) I have an idea

no not quite the same place

why?

but having seen a windows 2000 setup theres not much point in changeing the images as it takes about 5 minutes to setup after it comes out of the blue screen.

Well what if you don't like a low res depiction of squares and the Windows 2000 logo and what about the graphics in the wizard?(The purple bevel with the windows logo on it)

ok true but i dont see there this is going as the setup res is so low that an image would be the same.

setup background image = setup_w.bm_ (640x480x16 _standard_color palette)

the icon in the top right corner is a resource stored in syssetup.dl_

if u need any other locations of any WIN2K setup files.. just ask..
