I need txtsetup.sif maker,editor(not like a notepad) or windows (any NT version) service pack builder tools.If any guy know where is or have.May you share us? :/

Thank you but i gess it isn't what I need it.I want Windows NT cd or SP development tools.(no bootable cd)

Or if you know how can i use this program? May you explain?
