Hey All!

I am in an office with a corporate network that uses XP and Word 2003. I am trying to find out if there is any way to set up a Word Document as read only for everyone in the network except for 1 person. That one person needs to be the only one with the ability to make changes to that document. Can anyone tell me how to set that up or do that? I would appreciate any assistance you can give me whatsoever! I have searched in Word Help every way I know how.

If we could either set it up to allow her exclusive access through her computer or her user name or anything like that, it would be wonderful.

Tools > Options. Security tab, and set a "Password to Modify".
