[font=Comic Sans Ms]Having serious trouble. My IT department have told me to seek a forum for advice... hahah

Office Package Crashes:
Currently I have been having issues with the total Office package. The size of the files that I create are seemingly too big for Office to cope.
As a result, they crash. The message tells me that there is infufficient memory at referenced memory 010001001 blah bla blah what ever it is its never the same (See print Screen)Attached File  Print_Screen_Error_110906.doc (57.5K)
Number of downloads: 10, then I click ok and the application closes. So far this has happened with only Word and Excel.
Attempted fixes include-
Reimaging, de-fragging, upgrades in ram, Hard drive upgrade, Zip, even setting Excel and Word to Low priority in the task mananger. I was also told its an operator error by a "specialist" from IT, I threw a hole punch at him... :angel
Is there something that I havent looked at yet?

Autosave Malfunction:
As per my errors above I have also encountered an issue with my Autorecovery in Word. Please correct me if I am wrong but the function of the Autorecovery is that it saves the modifications to a document at predetermined intervals, so that IF a malfunction should occur you dont loose ALL modifications.
If this is the case I have autorecovery set to 10minute intervals and it is yet to recover the data after a crash.... Why? What can I do besides saving every 2.5 minutes.
