Hello, i'm new here. sorry if this is a stupid question:
I have StarOffice8 original installer (162 MB) and StarOffice8 Update 4 (165 MB !!!!). Both are MSI installers (both have 1 setup.exe, 1 StarOffice8.msi, 4 CABs files with the same name). I want to create one unique installer with update 4 integrated plus my prefered options selected for install. I can run the StarOffice8 installer with /a option for create administrative install point. Can anyone tell me how integrate the update in the admin folder ? and how create one SFX installer from the admin (updated) folder ? Thanks in advanced.
Note: StarOffice8 Update 4 don't install if StarOffice8 is not installed in the PC.

EDIT: I tried Admin install for StarOffice original setup.exe. Installed in the same folder admin install for the update 4, but when run "msiexec /a staroffice8.msi" (because don't have setup.exe in the admin folder) the installer showed is for update 4 and require StarOffice installed. ***uck !!!!!!!!!!!!! Can anyone help me please ?

If there is a file with extension MSP in the update installer, you should be able to patch the original MSI. I don't know if there's a method to combine both MSIs

No, the update don't have a msp file. The original installer have theses files:
