Hello everyone,

I would like to hyperlink certain text in a response sent in Outlook. As it is now, I do not have to option of adding hyperlinks to responses. I imagine there is an easy setting to change this, but I cannot find it. Can anyone help?

Also, is there a way to maintain the formatting of the signature, while also allowing Outlook to maintain links in responses? It seems that in order to do one, you cannot do the other. For Example, a co-worker wanted the links in a response to stay linked, so I un-checked the two radio boxes in Options/Mail Format/Message Format ("Use Word to edit e-mail messages...", and "Use Word to read rich text..."). This made the links stay in the response field, but now, when she composes an e-mail, her signature is all spaced out.

Any help would be Greatly Appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Well, yes, there is that. I am wondering if there is a simple setting within the Outlook interface that will solve this. I have no problem hyperlinking in html, but my co-workers, for whom I am trying to solve this problem, do.
