Import wizard shows up when there's no profile.
Either copy back a backup of your profile, or make firefox create a "Default" profile for you:
"%ProgramFiles%\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" -silent -CreateProfile Default

Do a search either here or in your favourite search engine for override.ini, the entry you need, if I remember correctly, is something like; EnableProfileMigrator=false.

Djeez.. this must be the 5th topic about this!!
There are 2 possibilities, one is override.ini and there is another one. DO A SEARCH!
