Business Contact Manager failure Rate Topic: -----

I have a great number of contacts in Business Contact Manager. Just recently, when I attempt to access those contacts I get a message that says:
Business Contact Manager was unable to initialize this form
That's the only information I get and I have no idea what steps to take to get this working again.
Any help would be appreciated.
