Hi,

A newbie need a little help... I feel pretty stupid to ask, but just to be sure
In the Option panel / MISC / "Press Any Key" boot message, by default is enabled, which is logic since most people want it (i suppose so), but in the info bar at the bottom it says : "Use this to make you boot cd without displaying the press any key message"

So here's the stupid question of a guy that's totally tired at 4h AM.. If i leave it enabled, will it show or not the stupid any key message, logicaly yes because it's enabled.. but with what it says at the bottom, it's the opposite if it's enabled it wont...

i'm a bit confused...

thx
mat

when we try to install in New HDD it is not displayed.

because the installation is gonna be unattended, so when the computer reboot itself and needs to start on the hd, if i'm not infront of my computer, than it will go on the cd... and i dont want that...

Does anyone knows which choice is the correct one to have the message shown.. because the 2 indication seperatly are clear and logic... but together, may be i'm the only one, but i'm confused :|...

'Press Any Key...' boot message. Enable/Disable ... I'm decoding here,

means... surprise surprise.... that you enable or disable the 'Press Any Key" boot message.

'Use this'... means 'You may want to change something to the Microsoft default setting here', means change the default ('Enable') to 'Disable' if you want to disable the message.
