It means windows cannot find the specified file, in the specified place

What have you done when you get this?

You restart your computer?
After a install of windows on Vmware of whatever?

yes alittle bit more information would be helpful in helping you,, did this error happen during an install,, and if so were you watching the installer to see which application gave you this error,,

or was it an error after rebooting ?

Seems you missed a double- quotation mark, make sure they exist in pairs in a statement.

The other reason, you mixed up single- and double- quotation marks

:thumbup I got while installing dotnet 3, using the /q switch and making a switchless installer. but I checked it quite througly and in the winrar run after box it said dotnet3.exe /q no quotes. and the flash installer is msiexec /i flash.msi /qb. is this right?
