Unattended Multiboot DVD

Hi i am new to this forum

hi i am new to this forum

I created 2000,xp unattended cds with service packs intergrated.

The cds worked perfectly.

Then I created a Multiboot dvd with the source from the above unattended cds.

the installation is working fine.

but it is not an unattended one it is asking for all the user input like serial,regional settings,computer name,user name and so on....

can any body please help me

I'd be willing to bet the $OEM$ folder isn't in the root dir of the CD. That kicked my a** for a day or so once. Also check your WINNT.SIF or UNATTENDED.TXT or whatever you use....

This shouldn't matter if the SetupSourcePath in txtsetup.sif points to the correct folder containing your I386 folder, tag files and your $OEM$ folder.

I used to have individual $OEM$ folders for each installation before I started integrated everything instead ;).

Also, where ever your boot folder is make sure you put a copy of your custom winnt.sif in it as well, or it wont work.
