Hi,I removed it with nlite but this still spend 1GB ...how do i put it back?

What do you mean exactly.
Is it this:
System Restore removed, Windows reinstalled but the protected folder System Volume Information still contains the old Restore points?

Research how to take ownership of that folder then you'll be able to delete it.
This isn't nLite issue or something, just next time either format that partition or just take ownership as said.
Also it won't fill again if you keep on removing system restore.
