Slipstream updates n patches vs AutoPatcher Which is better? Rate Topic: -----

Knowning what we know now, which is better. Slipstream all the patches and hotfixes or using the AutoPatcher, which is updated periodically?

I wanted to collect all the patches & updates, but how can I just download the important ones, and know I got everything without adding those I don't need. Is there a collection witout going to ms? Besides I can never get it to just list and let me pick which to download anymore.
