€sign not under Office ?

Hi

i have a problem with my office 2000 when i will use the € i only see a other sign and the printer doesnt print the € sign. The problem is when i will make it bold. The writtingtyp is Arial.
Can somebody help me??

The system is
p2 400
Windows NT4 sp6
Office 2000 sp2

I´ve installed all fonts from this site but nothing:(

i have install it but the same problem no € sign when i made the letter bold any other idea

i have installed many other packages but when i make the € to a bold it apears a []

What printer are you using. Make sure that the printer is capable of preforming the function that you want...
