I recommended a solution that works very well in most cases and is very silent and a lot cheaper than the large (=overkill and maybe incompatible?) heatsink.

well, on more sites is says it is, even the site you gave me...
EDIT: Must be a MOD, "X1600 Series, PCI-E, NO, Mounting holes in different positions" on the Thermalright site...

the thermaltake site says it isint, becasue the mount holes are different

Well.....after about 3 hours of throwning things around i can accross a solution which invovled me taken my wireless card out my pc, and ripping up my carpet and wiring up via cable, i fixed a 80mm silent fan to the card, using nylon, this will stop any vibrations between the fan the heatsink, but this has rendered to PCI slots on my pc useless coz there blocked by the fan, and i was hoping to get a TV card in there but the end of the month
So now i have to comeup with a more permenant solution, i have been lookng around for for slim fans, i found a few 80mm im looking for a 60mm, because the 80 is slighly bigger than the heatsink, which isnt really a problem it just makes it easier to attach it to the heatsink
