I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to change the windows xp loading thing... to a different pic but still use the blue scroll bar... Or if some one could make the file for me and tell me where to put ( literally not figurativly people)


Im a novice...i know i am, so dont go ragging on nothing, but so far people seem pretty helpful here <3
