It seem like a oem kit, but I am not sure. May someone tip me ?

OPK=OEM Preinstallation Kit
It’s a set of tools to help OEM:s and system builders deploy/preinstall Windows on multiple computers.
The way I see it, you already have most of the functionality by using nLite/basic unattended stuff as mentioned in the MSFN Unattended Guide and maybe also using BartPE.
