SidTUX
hi there, after i found no solution to vlite crashing (wim error) on a unmodified xp with nearly nothing installed, i tried it with vista. The problem now is a 100% reconstructable bsod while trying to save the iso to a samba network directory.Host system is a parallels desktop on a macbook running osx, vista version is business from msdnaa.Saving to the harddisc of the virtualized vista works without problems and no programms at all where installed with vista.can i help in anyway solving this? nuhi
Do you have a antivirus installed? It can cause BSOD as well. But if it's not working on the networked directory even without a antivirus just copy it localy while modifying.
SidTUX
nothing at all was installed.Copying on local directory solved it and copying afterwards to the network directory was no problem.
nuhi
Ok.I'm also getting a little bit annoyed by all of these WIM mount limitations: can bsod with antivirus and now you say on the network directory. I really hope they fix the filter.
