password change/creation fails cant change password or create user due to password does not meet comp Rate Topic: -----

I have a 2003 R2 server with AD istalled but is quite alone in its network because its a lab server.

I just noticed that I cant change any password for any account. Neither can I create any user due to that password creation fails. when I try I get a notification saying "Windows cannot create the passord for whatever because: The password does not meet the password policy requirements. Check the minimum blablabla...."

I havent changed the password policy in any way and I cant find anything related in my event viewer. NE1 got any idea?
