I am a avid os customizer and currently I just installed the vista toolbar for xp on my pc. (I love it) I noticed I could command it so that when mazimized, windows don't overlap it. Similar to google toolbar. I would like to use a osx style dock with it so I'd have better access to all my programs.

Does anyone have any idea of either a dock program that has this feature of a extension program of some kind that'll let me handle my screen realestate. Thanks
