i would like to know if it is possible to remove/prevent install of windows packages like Microsoft-Windows-Foundation-Package from autounattended.xml, or some other method that does not imply "hacking" the source. the main purpose for this would be to remove Movie Maker or Windows Media Player.

I don't even see those 2 in the Foundation Package
Can set some to not show in oobesystem
but that don't help does it.
So install another program and set it as default.
