Is there any good way to hide apps with TI-89? I use to have TI-83 with mirage os..

What do you mean by hiding an app? Like a "boss button" or in the file structure?

Still not sure exactly what you mean but perhaps you would be best served with an incognito sub-menu?

-Apps
-Math
--Math_tools (just keep your games or whatever in here)
-Geometry
