How register .dll , .ax , etc. under vista? regsvr32 create this error table
regsvr32 ffdshow.ax

I think so ffdshow.ax is not under %windir%\system32\ folder.
So U should try to copy at the location
If U can't copy this one at %windir%\system32\
try this once

i resolve this problem
in first step disable all Vista protection like UAC (no only UAC) and restart...with my registry tweaks all works fine
