WDGC Posted February 28, 2007 Share Posted February 28, 2007 Do Vista Basic and Vista Premium have the Remote Assistance facility, or similar, which is present in XP Home Edition?If so, is it possible for an XP Home Edition machine to connect to a Vista Basic or Vista Premium machine for purposes of "remote assistance"?
