wifi connection problems

i installed my first unnattended windows con my laptop, it works GREAT, thanks to all i read and such here, but sadly, i got a problem, i havent been able to conect to ANY wifi spot, the hardware ir properly configured, the wireless zero service is enabled, i click on the external button of enable wifi, and it glows (enabled) and such, i checked the driver and its operational... i like wth? lol :)

anyone has any suggestions? i would really apreciate the help, cheers everybody!

check following services

event log
wireless config
network connections
dhcp client
NLA (network location awareness)

Also make sure that you have both WPA2 updates installed:



893357 adds WPA2 support to WinXP and 917021 updates WPA2 support.
