Hi

I would like to disable the second sata port thru windows xp, using devcon, how would I accomplish this. I have tried several things but the sata port does not seem to be apparent when I list with Devcon

Please help if you know how to do this?

You might be able to disable it in the BIOS. I can do this with my DFI LanParty NF4 Ultra-D.

You could try mountvol, assuming you have something attached to that sata port, but it's not a safe way of doing this
Why do you need to do this? If it's to hide one disk from another, you can get bootmanagers to do that for you, like GAG or XOSL.
