Remember my first post? Well, I need to change something about it, ACPI is not in my Device mgr. So, since XP doesn't recognize it I was wondering if I do a repair install it might? Rapid response strongly recommended. P.S. my motherboard supports ACPI.

Enable ACPI in BIOS and do a repair install of Windows.

well for a repair install you need to boot off of your xp cd and just select repair.
but i think that you can also just go in the device manager and update the driver for it, you will need to get the driver off of your xp cd anyways and expand/extract it...
