Can anyone get any of those to work?

Accessibility Options - rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL %SystemRoot%\system32\access.cpl
Date and Time - rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL %SystemRoot%\system32\timedate.cpl
Mouse - rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL %SystemRoot%\system32\main.cpl
