Desktop Shortcuts Strange view of links Rate Topic: -----

Have noticed this problem as below on some desk shortcuts? Has anyone experienced the same & if so any possible solutions?
This happens both in a VM & live machines.

try this " Icon Cache Rebuilder " maybe useful ~

Explore to : C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local
Disable hidden and System files and look for IconCache.db, delete this one Restart Ur PC

Noted thankyou,however not working for me.

EDIT: Found my prob was using this tweak,
