Hello guys!

I'm testing nLite 1.3.0.4 and it's great so far.
But I have one question:

What's the *PROPER* way of slipstreaming WMP11 & IE7 with nLite:

a) IE7 then WMP11
B) WMP11 then IE7
c) Doesn't matter.

?

Also I installed WMP11 Integrator (thanks jcarle :)) but I get this error:

It is installed and even the .exe is copied in C:\Program Files\nLite

Am I supposed to use it before nLite?

Wrong integrator rado. You need the one made by Booogy and n7epsilon....

Thanks for the fast reply Kels :hello:

Ooops, OK I will search for the other WMP integrator.

What about the slipstreaming sequence?

P.S.:

Reading here http://web.clicknet.ro/boooggy/ , there are quite a few issues with this slipstreamer

"In this source the slipstreamer automatically integrates hotfix KB908536 and hotfix KB894871 to fix issues with the "Themes" service and out-of-box experience not starting respectively on 1st boot." --> are these issues caused by the slipstreaming process?
Installing WMP11 normally will still cause these problems?

Boooggy your help is needed ;)

Isn't it better to use jcarle's WMP11 Integrator?

What I want is to slipstream WMP11 (default, no tweaks) and IE7 (default, no tweaks) into the WinXP SP2 source.
Then slipstream all critical updates.

I go wmp11, rvm update pack and then ie7... then all my addons. Booogy suggested his be done first and ryans has some ie6 stuff in it so I do IE7 after that and always XPize last.

Boooogy's pack has yet to fail me. I don't think jcarles does updates either.

I want to have a complete control over my .ISO
This means I have to download and integrate/slipstream everything by hand (no updates packs, tweaked addons, etc.)

That said if nLite 1.4 has a slipstream support for WMP11 & DirectX that would be great :thumbup

rado please read my comments in jcarle wmp 11 integrator.....
and my sequence is like this run the wmp slipstreamer, integrating wmp 11 and wmp 11 hotfixes. then nlite integrating update pack and addons, removing and other stuff that nlite does.

Thanks boooggy :hello:

It seems your slipstreamer is the best option right now.
I will have to test it these days ;)
