I'm thinking about to create a project to bring as features as possible to the elder OSes of Microsoft, especially Win2K.

I prefer the last OS without WPA/ WGA (that doesn't need to discussed or written here, all my Windows are correct).

Which Vista32Bit functionality not included in Win2k[3] or WinXP could to be brought to them?

Visuality to XP (maybe also W2K3) is possible via the Aurora/ Energize Pack

Maybe some knows the Vistapack for Win2000.

VXK might ship them if ever allowed!

I know about the difficulty to bring but patch and copy would need the newer OS.

Because the Alky project focuses Vista features to XP and I want support W2K it would be different if the VXK project ever started.

Its direction would be: Vista -> XP -> 2K but modest.
