How can I list files that are locked?

Is there some command line tool to see which files are locked. Maybe a vbscript solution?

Thanks, I think I can use nirsofts OpenedFilesView /stabular locked.txt

Just have to split each string because I only need full paths. Have to try take backup of my full system on running windows xp with imagex.

Gui version is go to go to computer management, then connect to the server in question. (right click on computer management (local) on top and connect). Then + on Shared Folders then open files.

That will show you what files connected users have open and in use but will not show all of the files in use by the os and applications.
