Hi guys I was wondering if anyone could help me. Now before anyone asks me why I am trying to use and older av suite it because I am just trying to learn how to use orca and how to bypass the prerequiristes for Microsoft windows installer checks using my second system that I just use to experiment with but my main system is untouched everything on it is good and untampered with all up to date software. This system however I just use to muck around on and practice and experiment with software I am trying to install Norton Internet Security 2007 on my windows 8 Pro x64 second machine Previously it worked on my windows 7 x64 ultimate just by using compatibility mode as vista now I am getting the following message with win 8 "Setup cannot continue because there was a problem authenticating your opening the msi files with orca but I cannot for the life of me work out with line I have to disable or drop in the tables. Hi there, i was reading on the forums and all over google that XP SP0 can actually see and use 4GB or above with PAE enabled and that from SP1 onwards microsoft has locked down the limit or ram to be used due to driver issues etc ... is this true. If so i have just got a version of XP SP0 from my cousin which has no service packs upgrades patches etc ... it is a fully original cd untouched version of XP SP0 corporate edition released in 2001. i would like to install this on my second pc which has 6gb of ddr3 ram. My main pc i am running win7 x64 ultimate but would like to have this XP SP0 version on my second computer what changes would i have to make to the boot ini etc after i install XP SP0 to achive 6gb ram to be used if at all possible. Any help you advise you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

hi, i was hoping somebody could please help me in advising me on how i can install norton systemworks 2007 or 2008 on xp x64. i have tried using the compatibility mode to no avail. i need to bypass the os version check to install the disc. is there anyway of disabling this in win xp sp2 x64 bit or at least trick the system into reporting that it is a different os version to the norton systemworks installer via registry or any other software. any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance
