Seeing as you have a H50 did you install it with the radiator fan pumping air INTO the case or did you do it the other way round. Might not be right but it may help.

Just use MSI Afterburner, EVGA Precision or NVInspector (Nvidia only). ATiTools is no longer supported and hasn't been updated in almost a year. All three of the tools I listed offer brilliant OC experience allowing you to push your card. Btw which card do you have?
