Go to View->Arrange By->Current View-> Set it to Messages if it is not already checked If it is already checked, go down to Customize Current View and click on the Fields button. You may now select the items you want displayed.

Not sure if this will resolve your issue as I don't have IMAP setup, but please check the following items: 1) Tools->Options->Preferences tab->Email Options button Is "Save copies of messages in Sent Item folder" checked? There is also some options by clicking the Advanced Email Options button 2) Do you have any Rules setup which filter your replies directly to your Inbox?
