  1. Hello all . I have fifa 07 working in a netcafe , when ppl play it on single mode it works great but on multiplayer it works the same but then it start to lagg , then the lagg move to another 2 pc on the lan ... knowing that my lan is 1 gbps and hosted by assus switch 1000/100/10 24 port > Pc specification : Cpu Intel Core 2 3500 2mb*2 cach p5pl2 Asus Mb 1 GB DDR2 X1600 pro 256 mb 250 Gb sata II any idea why ?
  2. the Ip are static 192.168.1.x , 14 pc on a Games workgroup and other 6 pcs which have no games are on Internet workgroup , obviously no domain , the only server runing on my lan is a pc with SmartLaunch cafe program to manage the pc security . thanks
  3. its Asus 24 port and its not managed , cables are fine ... phew !!!! when i looked at other cables at my work and i saw that they have the same colors sort but reversed i was wondering if its ok to reverse them from both side ... Thank you
  4. I tried that , i got the same results Packets: Sent = 12, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss), Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds: Minimum = 0ms, Maximum = 1ms, Average = 0ms i repeat my question , is cables color sort a big problem for network ?

I have a Network Cafe 21 Pc , and a switch 1000/100/10 ,i Connected the cables and windows gave me the 1 Gb lan Connected , when users play Any game like fifa or Counter against the pc the game doesnt lag , but when they play it multiplayer on the local network it laggs , not all the pc together but Randomly. when i ping a pc i get this result: ping 192.168.1.8 Pinging 192.168.1.8 with 32 bytes of data: Reply from 192.168.1.8: bytes=32 time=2ms TTL=128 Reply from 192.168.1.8: bytes=32 time<1ms TTL=128 Reply from 192.168.1.8: bytes=32 time<1ms TTL=128 Reply from 192.168.1.8: bytes=32 time<1ms TTL=128 Ping statistics for 192.168.1.8: Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 4, Lost = 0 (0% loss), Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds: Minimum = 0ms, Maximum = 2ms, Average = 0ms is this Normal? My Switch is Assus and Cables are Cat6 Pc Spec: P 3.4 2Mb*2 Cach Assus P5pld2 1 Gb DDr2 256 mb X1600 pro 250 Gb Sata II i know that u have to make the lan cable with this color sequence from both sides as its not a cross over cable, its a straigh: w/o , o , w/G , B , W/b, G , W/Br, Br but does it matter if i reversed them like this: side 1:Br, W/Br , G , W/B , B, W/G, O , W/o side 2 :Br, W/Br , G , W/B , B, W/G, O , W/o What is happening? all my Pc are high end and got a very good specification and this lagg is taking away my customer. Plz help
