It's doing that because as soon as the computer is restarted it boot from the CD again!. Remember to take the CD out and or go to the BIOS and select boot from HD instead of CD.

After conversion the quality/image size is not the same as the original PNGs? Is there a software to preserve the output the same as the output?

Hi, I was just wondering what program do I use to apply PNG icons to replace the standard Windows XP icons? I tried IconX, IconPackager & Axilias Icon Workshop but all failed to apply PNG icons to Windows XP. So anyone can help me out with this one??? Thanks so much in advance... David
