Ok, I have recently jumped to Windows Xp and can't seem to find any drivers for my laptop: HP G60-244DX. The specs are: Laptop Information I have only managed to find the display drivers. Im still wondering how would i go about finding drivers for my sound, internet for now. Other would be good but the sound and internet driver is something i need very soon. I have looked around the web and can only find other device driver information. So im stuck and im here asking for assistance. Im just hoping if someone here knows where i can get drivers for my HP G60-244DX. Cheers

Hi Recently i got a laptop off ebay. The laptop came with 3GB installed Ram. Im thinking of upgrading my laptop. This morning i opened up the laptop and found two sets of RAM being slotted into the small gap. Once i took both of them out, these were what it had written on them: Ram One: M470T5663QZ3-CF7 0914 2GB 2Rx8 PC2-6400S-666-12-E3 Ram Two: M470T2864QZ3-CE6 0914 1GB 2Rx16 PC2-5300S-555-12-A3 I know there is a difference between them but im sure it's correct from what i read. Im looking to upgrade to 4gb, so i will get rid of the 1GB and replace with 2GB. Im looking to buy it from ebay. Hey Just got my licence today for 1 year kaspersky (supporting the developers) Currently its on default setting, but im wondering what is the most common settings that people use on kaspersky to keep themself safe? How would i rephrase this.. hmm what settings would likely to keep safest?? I have only kaspersky 736 (latest build) installed on win 7 OS if it matters, i have a laptop with the following specs 2.0 ghz amd dual core CPU 250 gb 3gb ram thanks in advance

I don't have the windows 7 bios updates for this laptop. does anyone know where i could get one from? and how to update the bios also? second thing is, im not sure if the fan needs replacing only, because when i restart the laptop the fan works perfectly. So im hoping someone knows how i can update my bios (win 7 version)

Hi Recently my sisters Compaq c710TU (C700 Presario) CD Rom drive stopped working. During this period, i wanted to install windows 7 RC on to her laptop . Using this method described on this website Raymond.CC I used the manual method (the second method: automatic didn't work for me). After i managed to install Win 7 RC on to the USB hard drive, i tried to boot up the laptop and i got some sort of ntrl boot error. After this happened, i set the boot order back to default (changed the booting sequence, so i could boot from USB). Once i tried to restart the computer, the laptop boots up the where windows XP boot screen is displaying then it shows a blue BSOD for 1 sec then it restarts. This continues for ever. I just had to turn off the laptop and call it quits. If i can't fix it, i will end of paying the repair bill If someone could assist me in getting her laptop to boot again fully, it will be greatly appreciated. Thank You

Hey I have a ASUS PRO80H Laptop that i bought second hand (to slow down globalization ) but after 3 months of using it, i just realized that the laptop actually overheats. This is how it overheats: When the laptop is booted from cold, after 30-45 mins usage, the underneath part of the laptop starts to get hot or hotter. After that, it will just turn off all suddenly and bottom of the laptop is actually really really hot. Once it cools down a little, and you turn on the laptop then the fan kicks in and cools it right down and works well after that, but my problem seems to be that on cold boot the fan doesn't turn on at all during the first boot (first time booting cold). Is there anything i can do?? It's a really nice laptop but this is the only issue im having on it. Currently, i have just been using it 30 mins, and restarting the laptop. It works well but i wanna know if there is a way to turn on the laptop during the first cold boot?? Just happens on the first time you boot the laptop (cold boot) but after that it works perfectly .. Hmm ok, just wondering about this question: What year did Nokia move to mobile communication? I need it for a competition hehe .. anyone? I seen on wikipedia but im not sure of the year though. There is two possibilities and now im stuck. Any help in this will be appreciated Cheers
