Is it possible to everything that vlite does like removing languages, help etc, with DISM ?

it is possible to remove most stuff with dism but all it does it blocks installation of those files, they are still kept in the winsxs folder so the install wont get much smaller compared to a full install???

Do you know how vlite removes the files ? which commands it uses and how it works ?

you might have to keep the 32bit version of mspaint so delete any references to it in the batch file. the 2nd one looks like a java error so im wondering may be you need to have the java runtime installed?

I hadnt mentioned it but at the time of posting, I had already tested with java runtimes installed, so I think its something else in the removex64.bat

@dead0:

I've just joined member.
I have a question for other languages.
If I want to add and change the language pack from English to another, is it available or not?
If its available then what's the method?

Thanks

u can only add language pack to the setup, as i know. if u use a non-english disk, the language pack is build-in. It's different even u remove the pack.

i try a few times with this guide with x86, but the windows blue white screen all the time at the first boot.... ><

Hi dead0

Thanks for your great guide. In my machine, when I ran CMD in step 5, the result of mounting registry file is fail. Did I proceed something wrong? Pls help.
